Little Foxglove Post – November 26

Description

Created for kids up to 12 years old, Little Foxglove Post encourages kids to get hands-on with papercrafts, sometimes science experiments & recipes.

(…A suggestion, if you have 2 kids you want Little Foxglove Post for  – our regular Foxglove Post just might be suitable for the older one, this way you get variety in what is sent to the kids. Your call – each month you get to see what’s included in the post.)

November’s Foxglove Post theme is all about self-care & wellbeing.

For our young, now is the time to give them a set of tools to look after themselves for the rest of their lives. That is an exciting concept.

This month, Foxglove Post is getting in behind Gumboot Friday this November.

Gumboot Friday is a New Zealand mental health initiative by the charity I AM HOPE that provides free, fast-access counselling for children and young people aged 25 and under.

For every Little Foxglove Post Sold, Foxglove Tokens will donate $1 to the cause.

Of course, you can make your own donation here too: https://givealittle.co.nz/org/gumboot-friday

This month’s post contains:

• A Letter
• 2 Stickers – at least 5 cm in length.
• A set of four animal-themed yoga cards (Laminated)
• An Activity Card on how to make Puffy Paint
• A Mushroom House Colouring-in page
• And a recipe on how to make Fruit Water – to help encourage the small folk to stay hydrated
